BOG BEAN
(Menyanthes trifoliata) Delicate white flowers in the summer and is an excellent marginal plant. Spreading by rhizomes and not gettin much taller than 6 inches. Great for the edge of the pond.

BLOODY DOCK
BLOODY DOCK (Rumex sanguineus) Named for the bright red veins on its leaves, it is a great marginal plant. The foliage stands out among other marginals and its smaller size is great for areas close to the edge of the pond.
Will winter over in Zone 5 and above.
